Refund and Return Policy

 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are not happy with your order please Contact Us so we can help resolve your issue.  Our support team goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, PhoneApparel will offer a replacement item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of order receipt.

In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your case at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.

If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit to you for the product being returned (excluding any shipping charges) once we have received it back.  Replacements and returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued to you by customer service.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 business days.

Manufacturer Warranty Returns
Many items come with a manufacturer's warranty (wireless earbuds for example). If the product arrives damaged or fails during the warranty period, please send an email to support@phoneapparel.com for resolution.
